OroSee Floral Process

Step 01. Inquiry & Discovery

Begin by filling out our online form and sharing your vision.
Once your form is received, we’ll review your ideas with care and get a sense of your floral mood, event flow, and priorities.
If anything needs clarification, we’ll reach out before preparing your initial estimate.

Step 02. Proposal & Estimate

Based on the details from your inquiry form, we’ll prepare a preliminary estimate outlining the floral direction and general budget range.
If the vision and budget feel aligned, we’ll move forward with a Zoom consultation to refine the details together.

Step 03. Vision & Consultation

During the consultation, we refine your floral mood, color palette, and event flow — building a cohesive concept that reflects your story and space.

Step 04. Agreement & Booking

Once you decide to move forward, we’ll finalize the contract and 20% deposit to secure your date.
A brief moodboard preview will be shared after booking to visualize the overall tone and direction. The detailed final version will be presented during our final meeting about a month before your event.

Step 05. Preparation

As the day approaches, each flower is sourced and designed with calm focus — crafted to bring to life the atmosphere we envisioned together.

Step 06. Installation & Styling

On the event day, our team brings your floral vision to life — styling each element with quiet elegance so everything unfolds naturally.
